What is included in the Combo Tool?

Combo Tool primarily includes Schedule 3 with Fixed asset register and depreciation tool and Balance Sheet Automation Tool, along with this we also give you 2 Add on Tools – Consolidation Tool and Ageing Tool.

What is the Price of Tool?

There is a Product wise Price mention above in detail. There is first year License purchase price and second year onwards, there are nominal renewal charges for use of Tool, support and updates.

How is the support provided for any issue faced by users?

We provide you with support through email along with 3 support numbers where you can whatsapp or call to connect via remote desktop to resolve issues in real time.

Is there any training given to users for implementation of this tool?

Yes, we will provide you detailed training session online along with recorded session for the same.

What is the difference in Membership License and Partnership Firm License?

Membership License is given to Proprietorship and Single CA Firms where we lock Name of CA, Membership Number, Firm Name and FRN in our tool.

Whereas in Partnership License we only lock Firm Name and FRN so that there is an option of different partners signing the financials.

For how many companies can I prepare Financials in this tool?

If you have purchased Auditor based licence then Unlimited, since this is an offline excel based tool, you can make n number of copies of this tool and use for as many clients as you have.

Is there any restriction on Number of Users in the Automation Tool?

No, there is no restriction on number of users who can use this tool.

On how many systems I can use this tool simultaneously?

There is no limit set to the number of systems, you can use this tool without any restrictions. We set up an installation the first time you are using this tool in a new system, using the activation key you can easily install this tool in any system and work seamlessly.

How much time can be saved using this tool?

With Black Horse Tool, user can save 80-90% of time (once it has been implemented) in preparation of financials, page setup, formatting, and many more.
